- Up to four (4) scheduled calls per week depending on plan
- Unlimited email-based support
These services are intended to assist clients in improving their websites and increasing their sales through expert advice and execution of digital tasks.
2. Email Support Policy
2.1. Access & Usage
Upon signing up, clients will receive access to a designated email address for support. Through this channel, clients may:
- Ask questions regarding website design, functionality, or marketing
- Request ad strategy development
- Request creation or design of ads using provided content
- Request complete ad creation from scratch in 24 hours depending on task
- Request other digital support tasks as deemed reasonable
2.2. Response Time
All emails will receive a response within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Responses may include:
- Answers to client inquiries
- Completion notices for requested tasks
- Requests for additional information if needed
3. Scheduled Call Policy
3.1. Call Availability
Clients are entitled to up to four (4) professional calls per week, depending on their plan. Each call is intended to provide guidance, training, or consultation on website improvement, marketing, or other business-related topics.
3.2. Scheduling Process
After sign-up, clients will receive an email requesting their availability. Clients must reply with preferred days and times to schedule recurring or one-off sessions.

Participation in scheduled calls is optional. Clients who prefer to communicate exclusively via email may ignore the scheduling email without impacting their access to services.
4. Service Limitations

- Responses and work may be delayed during national holidays or weekends
- Work requiring external platforms or credentials may be limited by client cooperation
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing timely and accurate information required for task completion depending on the task
- Responding to requests for clarification or input
- Managing and attending scheduled calls if desired
